We are Writing to Drive Social Change

Shifting a narrative is a disruptive, courageous act.

We don't just help nonprofits tell stories—we reshape public perception, drive systemic change, and inspire action.

We build the strategic frameworks that invite your donors, staff, participants and board to finally say:

please, tell me more!

I provide fractional and contract leadership for nonprofits and social impact startups, specializing at the intersection of operational excellence and strategic storytelling.

My approach bridges human-centered experiences, data integration, and a rigorous practice of cultural humility, ensuring that dignity and compassion remain at the center of every operational framework and message we create. Together, we build narratives that elevate historically marginalized voices, dismantle systemic barriers, and drive deep social change toward a more just, equitable, diverse, and inclusive world.

My Core Offerings:

1. Executive Brand & Strategic Narrative

  • Ghostwriting: Executive thought leadership for founders, personal brands, and organizational voices.

  • Strategic Copy: Website copy, pitch decks, scripts, blogs, and strategic social media content.

2. Deep-Dive Storytelling & Content Design

  • Educational/Instructional Design: Instructional design and educational content for training frameworks and educational programs.

  • Cultural Humility & Transcreation: In-depth beneficiary interviews, testimonials, and English-Spanish translation and transcreation services designed to ensure deep cultural relevance.

3. Fractional Nonprofit Leadership

  • Operational Excellence: Operationalization, scaling strategies, and efficiency modeling for startups.

  • Health Equity Strategy: Driving health equity initiatives and multi-sector alignment.

About Aideé Granados

As a Mexican immigrant, cancer survivor, and globally recognized social innovator, I embody the grit and resilience required to transform personal adversity into systemic change. While studying for my BA, I was invited by a major media outlet and a finance firm to serve as a TV anchor interviewing women entrepreneurs receiving microcredits to start up their ideas—a foundational experience that ignited my lifelong passion for human-centered storytelling and communication.

While my career eventually shifted from the for-profit sector to social innovation, communication always remained one of my core engines. In 2016, I founded SuperVive (formerly Rosa Es Rojo), a community-centered health equity nonprofit where over a decade of leadership, I mastered high-stakes pitching and storytelling, successfully scaling the organization before executing a values-driven leadership transition in March 2026 to ensure its long-term sustainability.

I have amplified my personal story and community voices through my Op-Eds and articles across different media outlets, and as the co-host of the SuperVive podcast. For seven years, we delivered a weekly episode uninterrupted to expand access to health and well-being, stopping for only one single week when the historic 2021 Texas winter storm collapsed the power grid.

This journey, further enriched by my continuing education at Oxford University in Creative Writing (2024) and currently in Writing Lives (2026), grants me a unique "first-hand narrative proximity." I gracefully combine the raw sorrows and joys of historically marginalized communities with my multi-layered expertise as a senior nonprofit executive, life writer, and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
